Carl M. Balloy, 20, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $2,000 signature bond on a resisting or obstructing an officer charge Oct. 2. The charge resulted from a Sept. 30 incident in Prescott.

Demetria M. Doneth, 17, River Falls, pleaded innocent and posted a $500 signature bond on retail theft — after price and resisting or obstructing an officer charges Oct. 3. The charges stemmed from an Oct. 2 incident in River Falls.

Brian J. Gillespie, 60, St. Paul, pleaded innocent and was ordered to pay $200 cash bail (on each of four cases) on disorderly conduct (three counts), theft — movable property, retail theft — intentionally take and criminal trespass to dwelling Oct. 2. The charges resulted from incidents June 8 in Prescott, Oct. 1 in Maiden Rock and Oct. 1 and Oct. 2 in Ellsworth.

Chrysta L. Hicks, 30, Spring Valley, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Oct. 2. The charge stemmed from an Aug. 16 incident in Spring Valley.

Tod C. Krogstad, 53, Maiden Rock, posted a $5,000 signature bond on felony OWI (fifth or sixth), possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia charges Oct. 2. The charges resulted from a Sept. 30 incident in the town of Maiden Rock.

Mason T. Lee, 26, Hastings, Minnesota, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Oct. 2. the charge stemmed from a July 16 incident in Prescott.

Kenneth L. Teel, 35, Nelson, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a possess/illegally obtained prescription charge Oct. 2. The charge resulted from an Aug. 13 incident in the town of Isabelle.

Jerry W. Wilhite, 46, Ellsworth, pleaded innocent and posted a $1,000 signature bond on a disorderly conduct charge Oct. 2. The charge stemmed from a June 30 incident in Ellsworth

Closed cases

Angie B. Amundson, 39, Hudson, was convicted of possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $886 Oct. 3. Possession of narcotic drugs and possess/illegally obtained prescription charges were dismissed. The charges resulted from an Aug. 25, 2016 incident in Ellsworth.

Cameron J.M. Doman, 26, Wautoma, was convicted of fourth degree sexual assault and exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child, sentenced to 30 days in jail and four years of probation, and fined $518 Oct. 3. Child enticement — expose genitals/pubic area/intimate parts and child abuse — intentionally cause harm charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from an Aug. 23, 2016 incident in the town of Clifton.

Justin K. Luke, 31, Amery, was convicted of possession of THC and possess drug paraphernalia, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Oct. 2. The charges resulted from a June 20 incident in the town of Trenton.

Cade S. Miller, 33, Clear Lake, was convicted of felony OWI — fourth, sentenced to three years of probation and six months in jail, and fined $2,502 Oct. 2. His license was revoked for 24 months and he was ordered to install an ignition interlock device. Operating with PAC — fourth and resisting or obstructing an officer charges were dismissed. The charges stemmed from an April 22 incident in the town of Trenton.

Christina Rhea Petrick, 47, River Falls, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 Oct. 2. The charge resulted from a July 31, 2016 incident in River Falls.

Possession of narcotic drugs (two counts), possess drug paraphernalia (two counts), felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC and possession of controlled substance charges against Franklin K. Prichard, 30, Ellsworth, were dismissed Oct. 2. The charges stemmed from incidents Nov. 11, 2016 in the town of Trimbelle and Feb. 3 in Pierce County.

Tyler D. Troutman, 29, Baldwin, was convicted of resisting or obstructing an officer, sentenced to one year of probation and fined $443 Oct. 2. A possess drug paraphernalia charge was dismissed. The charges resulted from a June 20 incident in the town of Trenton.

Chance A. Wadsworth, 18, Hager City, was convicted of disorderly conduct and fined $210.80 Oct. 2. The charge stemmed from a June 25 incident in Ellsworth.

Elliot C. Wilkens, 19, River Falls, was convicted of theft — movable property > $5,000-$10,000 (as party to a crime), sentenced to two years of probation and nine months in jail, and fined $518 Oct. 2. The charge stemmed from a Jan. 20 incident in the town of Martell.

Dakota J.J. Ziarnik, 22, Maiden Rock, was convicted of obstructing an officer and fined $210.80 Oct. 2. The charge resulted from a March 3 incident in the town of Salem.

Kari B. Johnson, 40, Ellsworth, pleaded guilty to negligent operation of motor vehicle and entered a deferred judgment of conviction agreement Oct. 6. Information was filed on negligent operation of motor vehicle and possession of narcotic drugs (two counts) charges. The charges stemmed from a March 18 incident in Ellsworth.

Charles R. Register, 23, River Falls, was convicted of battery, sentenced to one year of probation, fined $443 and ordered to pay $29,910.51 (jointly) in restitution Oct. 3. He entered a deferred judgment of conviction agreement after being found guilty of substantial battery — intend bodily harm. The charges resulted from a July 24, 2016 incident in River Falls.
